Standard delivery usually arrives in 4–7 business days after processing. Express delivery usually arrives in 2–3 business days. International delivery varies by destination and customs timing.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated by region and service level at checkout. United States orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship items usually leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Custom stamp orders require proof approval before production begins. Orders placed after 12pm EST begin processing the next business day.
Tracking and international orders
A tracking number is sent by email when your parcel ships. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees charged by local authorities.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged parcels or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for missing parcels. Photos help us resolve carrier claims quickly.
