Processing time
Product availability and any preparation time are shown with the live product details. Orders begin processing after payment and may require additional supplier handling time before carrier pickup. Custom work, when offered, requires proof approval before production begins.
Tracking and international orders
A tracking number is sent by email when your parcel ships. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees charged by local authorities.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged parcels or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for missing parcels. Photos help us resolve carrier claims quickly.
