Return eligibility
Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Custom stamps, used wax consumables, gift cards, clearance items, and final-sale discounts are not returnable.
Refunds
Refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping is not refundable. Defective items in the United States qualify for covered return shipping; preference-based returns are self-paid.
Exchanges and defects
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days. For defective items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can offer a replacement or full refund.
International returns
International customers have a 45-day return window and pay return shipping. Duties and import taxes are not refundable.
